Our product team assembled an online training program to create efficiencies for the world’s largest poker brand.
Each year, the WSOP needs to recruit hundreds of dealers to work at their annual World Series of Poker tour. The existing method was very manual labor intensive, and required hundreds of hours of manpower and training.
King Tide created a training program alongside the WSOP allowing dealers to watch videos online through a detailed course with quizzes and instructor Q&A. This automated and streamlined the recruitment and training process.
King Tide set up a production studio to record over 50 training videos for the World Series of Poker. The videos included live coverage of WSOP events, behind the scenes interviews, and custom graphics highlighting key techniques for the program.
Once the videos were fully edited, King Tide designed and built a custom video training platform, allowing users to watch videos, take quizzes, and move through a program.
